Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of socketic.com and the apps and tools published by Socketic (“we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our services

We build software including apps for Wix and other platforms and AI-powered tools. Each product’s listing shows whether it is Live, in Beta or In development. Products that are not Live may change, be incomplete, or be withdrawn.

2. Platform terms

Apps installed through a marketplace (such as the Wix App Market) are also subject to that platform’s terms, including its rules on billing, refunds and installation. If there is a conflict about platform matters, the platform’s terms apply.

3. Your account and responsible use

• Give accurate information and keep any credentials secure.
• Do not use our services to break the law, send spam, harass others, or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer (except where the law allows) or gain unauthorised access to our services.
• You are responsible for the content you or your visitors send through our tools, and for having the right to contact the people you message.

4. AI features

Where a product uses AI, its output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and for how you use it with your customers.

5. Fees

Some products are free and some are paid. Prices and billing terms are shown on the relevant marketplace listing at the time you subscribe. {{PRICING_NOTE}}

6. Intellectual property

We own our software, name and branding. You keep ownership of your own content and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products according to these terms. Open-source components we use are governed by their own licences.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep services running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time (for apps, by uninstalling them). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}} (for example, Pakistan), and disputes will be handled by the courts of {{JURISDICTION}}, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
